ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Form a triangle shape by clipping the ends of the mold together, inserting the tab into its slot.
2. Lay out a sheet of nori with the logo side facedown and backside facing up.
3. Place the mold on the nori sheet, ensuring the top of the triangle is slightly below the top of the nori.
4. Fill the mold halfway with cooked rice, then place desired filling ingredient in the center of the triangle, leaving room on the edges. Fill the remaining space in the mold with cooked rice.
5. Remove the mold by unclipping or gently pressing the rice ball through. Fold up the bottom of the laver sheet.
6. Fold both sides of the front layer of seaweed underneath the rice ball, then fold both sides of the back layer to the front of the rice ball.
7. Seal the onigiri by placing a sticker where the two sides of the seaweed intersect.
8. To open, peel the strip of plastic wrap labeled "1", then pull off each of the tabs labeled "2" and "3". Enjoy your delicious onigiri!
